Interdependency of l and m

The magnetic quantum number \( m \) can take integer values from \( -l \) to \( +l \), inclusive, where \( l \) is the azimuthal quantum number, indicating that for each \( l \), there are \( 2l + 1 \) possible values of \( m \).
